Chi Plumbing accepts emergency calls 24 hours a day, including nights and weekends, but 24/7 availability does not guarantee a specific response time or that a technician will be available for every request. Emergency and after-hours service may cost more than regularly scheduled service. Pricing and availability will depend on the circumstances and will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Those documents control if they conflict with these Website Terms regarding the scope of work, pricing, payment, scheduling, warranties, change orders, cancellations, access, or other job-specific matters.

Unless expressly stated in a signed service document, descriptions or photographs on the website do not constitute a fixed-price offer, guarantee that a particular method or product is appropriate, or promise a particular result.

5. Property Access and Authority
